In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. We will endeavour to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner. 9. Storage and Transfer of Information:
All the Information you provide may be processed and stored, transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, the Anonymous and Personal Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including the United States. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us in connection with the activities outlined in this Privacy Policy. On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) confirmed that Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) remain an acceptable method to transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are another method to transfer personal data lawfully outside the EU and ensure that personal data remains protected in accordance with EU law. They consist of non-negotiable language approved by the European Commission for agreements governing the transfer of personal data outside the EU. They may also be used to transfer data to the US. Where data is transferred, we ensure that any service providers that have access to that data are compliant with the SCC to ensure that this is a legal basis for any transfer.

We may retain certain data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements ir to prevent fraud or future abuse, as well as for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data, account recovery. All retained personal information will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you request that your name be removed from our databases, it may not be possible to completely delete all your Personal Information due to technological and legal constraints.
